Been crafting this identity for a while now but its finally coming together. Check out the new cards. Digitally printed by 4by6.com on matte finish recycled stock. I've been kicking around this logo for based on Emigre's Tarzana for a few years and have recently completed this 3d rendition which helps to separate the "m" and "h" more effectively. I plan to use this version in conjunction with the flatter version which you see on the masthead of this site and the back of the card....Read More

Short Crust Pies is a start up baking business specializing in personal sized pot pies to go. I'll be working on the packaging for these soon but these studies are the first version of the logo usage that I've put together so far. Each pie has the "x" cut into its top as a vent while baking so I've added that to the counter of the "o" in the logotype. For the packaging the color are may be applied as a color inked rubber stamp over a 1 color logotype which would indicate the filling....Read More

Charleys Philly Cheese Steaks is, strangely enough not at all a Philly based restaurant chain but rather an Ohio company. Over the years of franchise existence the brand had lots a clear voice and was in danger of becoming a blur among the offerings of other such sandwich purveyors. The challenge was to draw these forward while maintaining the strong, masculine and bold aesthetic of the existing brand standards....Read More
